Parent Alienation Due To Past Trauma

Alienating a parent can be the result of many reasons.  When a parent makes it difficult for the other parent to spend time with their children there is usually an underlying cause. This may not be explored in court. The parent plan was put in place with the concept that both parents were and are responsible adults and parents, therefore there should be no reason why one parent would disallow the other parent’s involvement.
